Madison Community (K-8)

Dear Madison Community Families,

It takes a village to raise a child, and since 2004, Madison Community (K-8) has been proud to serve as a cornerstone for our neighborhood. We know that our children carry the dreams and future of our community. That is why we are deeply committed to nurturing the whole child, fostering strong character traits, celebrating our rich cultures, and driving continuous academic growth across the board.

Through hands-on, project-based learning and social-emotional growth integrated into daily lessons, we teach our students integrity, resilience, and respect values that prepare them to lead both inside and outside the classroom. To better serve our students and families, we are proud to launch several key initiatives:

• Expanded Parent & Family Support: You are our most valuable partner in your child’s success. We are deepening our support for families through open doors, accessible resources, and more ways to stay actively connected in your child’s growth.
• After-School Academic Tutoring: Every student has greatness within them, but sometimes they need an extra boost. Our free after-school tutoring gives students targeted help in core subjects, ensuring no child falls behind and every child reaches their highest potential.
• Local Community Partnerships: We are joining forces with neighborhood organizations, leaders, and local resources to bring extra services, mentoring, and enrichment directly to our Madison families.

• Comprehensive Academics & Tech: Strong instruction in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies, alongside Art, Music, PE, and Writing. Classrooms are equipped with 1:1 Chromebooks, Smartboards, and small-group learning tailored to how your child learns best.
• Sports, Clubs & Leadership: Beginning in 5th grade, students can build confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships through our Middle School athletic teams and extracurricular clubs.
