Parma Community Middle and High School (7-12)
Dear Families,
Parma Community Middle and High School provides students in grades 7-12 with a well-rounded educational program that prepares them for college and career opportunities. We emphasize hands-on and project-based learning with a focus on character education.
We customize instruction through small group learning and education technology. Our classrooms are equipped with Smartboards and 1:1 Chromebook access for each student.
We support students’ growing sense of self with elective and extracurricular offerings:
- Middle School Electives: Art & Algebra I, Health/PE, General Music, Vocal, Band & Character Education
- Middle School Extracurriculars: Basketball, Game Club, Disc Golf, Student Council & Junior NHS
- High School Extracurriculars: Basketball, Art, Game Club, Drama, Student Council, National Honor Society, Creative Writing & more
Our qualified team of experienced leaders, certified teachers, instructional aides, and student-centered support staff embraces a growth mindset. We work with students, parents, and our community to create a positive school culture where students feel safe and valued.
In addition to a lively campus life and many opportunities to explore special interests, students can begin earning college credit in grade seven through a College Credit Plus partnership with Cuyahoga Community College.
Students enjoy several events and traditions throughout the school year such as Homecoming Week, Eighth Grade Promotion, Scholarship & Awards Assembly, 12th Grade Graduation, and more.
We encourage families to attend special events and become active members of our Parma Community Middle & High School.
Sincerely,
