🚍 Transportation

Free yellow bus transportation services may be provided by your child’s School District of Residence based on the address on file with our school that matches your most recent Proof of Residency documentation.

Per district policies

Eligibility for transportation services may be limited to a specific radius surrounding the location of the school.
Requests for transportation must be received by July 1 and services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, capacity permitting.
Requests for transportation received after July 1st cannot be guaranteed and may not be considered for routing until October, due to the high volume of requests.

Emergency Medical Authorization Form

You should have received a Welcome Back Packet in the mail, sent to the address we have on file. This packet includes several important documents, including the Emergency Medical Authorization Form. This form must be completed and returned on or before your child’s first day of school.

Please note: Students will not be permitted to attend school without a completed Emergency Medical Authorization Form on file.

If you did not receive a packet, forms will be available at Open House, or you may stop by the main office to pick one up.
