Constellation Schools: Parma Community NHS & NJHS Induction 2025-2026

Highlighting Excellence in Parma, Ohio

In a tradition that honors the brightest stars of our student body, Constellation Schools: Parma Community High recently celebrated the induction of its newest members into the National Honor Society (NHS) and National Junior Honor Society (NJHS).

This momentous evening coincides with the conclusion of National Student Leadership Week (#NSLW2026). Since its founding on March 1, 1921, the Honor Society has served as the gold standard for student excellence. This year, we proudly celebrate 105 years of a legacy built on four vital pillars that guide our students in the classroom and throughout their lives.

The Four Pillars of the National Honor Society

Membership is a prestigious distinction that recognizes students who demonstrate excellence beyond academics. During the ceremony, student leaders lit candles representing the four core responsibilities:

  • Scholarship: A commitment to lifelong learning and academic diligence.
  • Service: The willingness to work for the benefit of those in need without compensation.
  • Leadership: The initiative to guide and inspire others within the school and community.
  • Character: The force of individual ethics and the importance of integrity.

A Community Commitment to the Future

Principal administration and faculty advisors praised these twenty-six students for their hard work and dedication. Joining an Honor Society is the beginning of a new chapter of involvement and influence within the Parma community.

This ceremony was made possible by the dedicated support of our Faculty Council and staff who worked tirelessly to celebrate these scholars and their achievements.
