Parma Community’s Class of 2026 Graduates, Some With Degrees Already in Hand
Constellation Schools: Parma Community High School celebrated its Class of 2026 on May 20, and several graduates walked in with more than a diploma waiting for them.
Ten seniors completed an associate degree through College Credit Plus before graduating high school, at no cost to their families. Among them was Andreea Popa, who finished her associate degree at Cuyahoga Community College last summer and is already enrolled full-time at the University of Toledo.
The class graduated at a four-year rate of 91.9%, and every senior who applied to college earned at least one acceptance. Thirty graduates completed a full career-technical pathway, earning industry-recognized credentials in fields including medical assisting, cosmetology, culinary arts, automotive service, and digital media, leaving high school with skills employers are hiring for now.
Others found direction through hands-on experience. Lydia Skelly, headed for a nursing degree, was selected for the Cleveland Clinic’s competitive ASPIRE program. Carlo Rivera graduated in the top 10% of his class after applying to more than 20 colleges.
Congratulations to the Parma Community Class of 2026!
